Our Story

We met when we were only 15 years old and started dating when we were 15 and ½. We didn't even have our drivers licenses yet so we used to rely on biking, roller blading and rides from our parents to see each other.

The proposal:

While camping at Clear Lake one summer, John suggested that we to go out to the Agassiz Tower. He timed it perfectly so that we got to the top of the lookout tower just in time for the sunset. It was just the two of us up there basking in the glow of the setting sun, when he popped the question. Neither of us remembers anything past that point.
